Leadership
Visionix Consult was founded by Mark Matthias, a technology and transformation leader with experience across complex enterprise programmes, including ERP, cloud, integration, data platforms and operating model change.
He created the practice because the gap was visible from both sides. Leadership needed an independent view that internal politics or supplier reporting could not soften. Delivery needed practical mechanisms that could be enforced without slowing the programme down.
Visionix sits in that space. It operates as an independent control function, and the model is designed to keep working after the engagement ends.
